HYDAT CD-ROM
Each year, Environment Canada produces a National HYDAT CD-ROM which
provides access to the National
Water Data Archive. The archive contains daily, monthly, and instantaneous
data for streamflow, water level, and sediment data for over 2500 active and
5500 discontinued hydrometric monitoring stations across Canada.
Using a Windows based software interface, users have the ability to retrieve, view,
subset, download, and print selected data from the CD-ROM. The
HYDAT software page
contains tips for users, answers to frequently asked questions
and information on the latest version of the software.

can create your own CD using a CD-burner and appropriate software.
Additional instructions are available in the HYDAT
FAQ.
